In an economy and world that is changing rapidly due to advances in technologies, ways to communicate (social media) and education levels within the workforce we must understand the difference of Generations in order to know how to market anything to them. You wouldn’t market technology to a 75 year old the same way you would to a 25 year old, and although there is a huge generational gap between the 75 year old and the 25 year old what is common is the fact that the world is changing and everyone is learning to keep up with it in some shape of form or face being irrelevant and out of touch.
